With a huddle room we’ll equip you with a video conference room setup in a smaller room meant for speaking with a smaller amount of people and generally quicker meetings. These rooms are perfect for catching up with your remote teams and ensuring everyone is on the same page. These rooms are often equipped with TVs, video bars, and other smaller components to compensate for their smaller size.

We upgraded their nearly 85,000 square foot facility with 25 huddle rooms and video conference suites equipped with the latest in AV and automation technology. The scope included the installation of complete a Audio-Visual system including, video conferencing and audio equipment, lighting control, and motorized shading solutions in their conference rooms – all controlled by an easy to use automation system.
